About · Est. 2024

A new kind of treatment center — built in 2024 to close three gaps.

Hidden pricing, late reports, and impersonal care. We opened ISN MRT & Assessment Center to do the opposite of all three.

Quiet reception space with natural light, wheat, and reclaimed wood.
Our Story

Why 2024

Our founding clinicians spent years working inside court-affiliated programs and large behavioral-health networks. We watched capable clients get stuck — not because treatment didn't work, but because the administration around it did not. Bills arrived late. Reports arrived later. Probation officers didn't get the paperwork they needed before the hearing.

ISN MRT & Assessment Center opened in 2024 as a standalone practice with a narrow service menu, a published price list, and a guarantee that reports ship directly to the party you designate.

Our Standards

What we will always do

  • Use DSM-5-TR diagnostic language and ASAM Criteria (4th Ed.) for every substance evaluation
  • Name the screening instruments we used and include raw scores
  • Deliver evaluation reports in 48–72 hours, or 24 hours on rush cases (no rush fee)
  • Run MRT groups using the Little & Robinson 12–16 step protocol, facilitator-certified
  • Send certificates and reports directly to the attorney, probation officer, or court of record
  • Keep fees flat and published — no surprise add-ons, ever
