Drug & Alcohol Evaluation

A full clinical interview, validated screening, and a written report in the format courts and probation officers expect — delivered in 48 to 72 hours for a flat $165.

A warm, sunlit therapy office with a soft chair and journal.
What you get

A report the court will accept, the first time.

Every evaluation is signed by a licensed behavioral-health clinician and includes the language courts, probation officers, and defense attorneys look for. No generic "recommendations" — an ASAM level-of-care recommendation, a diagnostic impression in DSM-5-TR language, and the screening scores that support both.

  • Full clinical interview (approx. 75–90 minutes)
  • Validated screening: SASSI-4, AUDIT, DAST (as indicated)
  • DSM-5-TR diagnostic impression — or documented "no diagnosis"
  • ASAM Criteria (4th Ed.) level-of-care recommendation
  • Collateral review (prior records, court docs) if provided
  • Written treatment recommendations with hours/duration
  • Report delivered to client + attorney/PO you designate
